MCCL Fundraiser in Stillwater

Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life
4249 Nicollet Ave , Minneapolis , MN 55409

There is still time to register for MCCL?s Evening on the Zephyr!

The Minnesota Zephyr

We'?ve been able to open up a second car?the [sic] ?Lake Winds??to accommodate more guests aboard the Minnesota Zephyr, an elegant five-car train in Stillwater; restored to resemble an original 1940s dining train. The Evening on the Zephyr is a new and exciting event that includes a train ride, dinner, entertainment and socializing, and will take place on Sunday, Aug. 13.

It?s an opportunity to enjoy a unique experience and support the pro-life movement at the same time.

Guests are asked to arrive at 5:30 p.m. at the Depot, located at 601 N. Main in historic Stillwater, for a social hour. A cash bar will be available as guests talk with MCCL staff members and view displays highlighting MCCL?s innovative projects, including the Fall Tour, Student Outreach, Hispanic Outreach, Legislation, County Fairs and more.

The three-and-half-hour train ride will begin at 6:30 p.m. and travel along the St. Croix River Valley. During the ride, the five-course meal of hors d?oeuvres, soup, salad, entrée and dessert will be prepared in the train?s four star kitchen and served. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Zephyr Cabaret singing hits from the 1940s and ?50s.

The ticket price, of which MCCL will receive a portion, is:

$75.00 per person for seating in the ?Lake Winds?

$125.00 per person for seating in the ?Dome?

This event not only raises money to help save the lives of Minnesota?s unborn children and other vulnerable persons, but is also a chance for members to meet the MCCL staff in a fun and relaxing environment.

Space is very limited, so please call today to reserve seats for you and your family! To register or for more information, call the MCCL State Office at 612-825-6831.

I wonder if MCCL is doing anything about the Forced Abortions on the Northern Mariana Islands?
